Yes it’s the middle of the week and I am sure all of us feel well rested after the warrior race by now. 

Strength 

Back Squat. Do at least 4 sets of 3 while you work towards your one rep max. 

WOD

5 Rounds:

10 kb snatch, right arm (24/16)

10 pull up

10 kb snatch, left arm (24/16)

20 sit up
