 The goal of CrossFit kids is to help children maximize there physical capacity in a fun and healthy way. It combines all 10 general physical skills that is recognized in CrossFit.

 All the workouts focus on fun and engagement and is scaled according to each age group. Participation and success is key elements of each workout.

 All sensory and cognitive systems are involved and challenged in workouts especially the vestibular and proprioceptive systems. Ensuring improved concentration and attention.

 CrossFit Kids provides a foundational experience for children to embark on a lifelong journey of wellness up into their adult years.

The little Kiddo’s: 3-8 years

Time slots: 14:30 or 15:00

Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays

Kiddo’s: 9-13 years

Time slot: 15:30

Mondays & Wednesdays

Teens: 13-18 years

Time slot: 15:30
