How to join – Jump Up

We want to make training at our Box as safe as possible for all members. Our Jump Up is a two week practical learning experience. You’ll be introduced to CrossFit’s fundamental movements, complete workouts scaled to your abilities but geared to test your limits and also get to meet the community. The aim of the Jump Up is to ensure you understand and feel comfortable with the movements associated with CrossFit.

Opt Out

If you’re a member of an existing affiliate and believe you’re experienced enough, you may choose to opt out of our Jump Up program. We will however need a reference from your previous coach verifying that you have completed some sort of introductory program and that you do know and can do all the fundamental movements. An assessment will be arranged to verify your movement proficienct. If we feel that you do not comply with our standards you will need to complete the On Ramp program.

Open Box

CrossFit V Town will be open to visits on selected Saturdays. There will be no official classes on Saturdays but you will still be able to see our facility, perhaps meet some of the community and leave with a good feel of what to expect when joining CrossFit V Town. The Open Box days will be listed on our WOD Blog.
